Hello, this is Ordinary Mom.

Last week was truly special for us. We held our very first giveaway on Instagram! To our surprise, 34 people joined in, far exceeding our expectations. Thanks to your overwhelming support and love, we were reminded once again of how much our brand means to you. We are so grateful! 🍀

Today, I'd like to share the story of how I came to create the Pickcup snack cup. While there were many challenges along the way (stories I'll share in future posts!), one special memory with my child sparked the idea for this product.

When I first thought of designing this product, my child had just turned three. At that age, children start to develop very clear preferences of their own. I noticed my child preferred things they chose themselves over the clothes, spoons, or forks I picked out. And let's be honest—children tend to pick things that are bold, colorful, and sometimes a bit wild!

That's when I had this dream: I wanted to create something that was vibrant yet beautiful and safe for kids. Since my child's most frequently used item was a "snack cup," it became my very first creation.

When I finally completed the first version and handed it to my child, the feeling of happiness was overwhelming. It was truly a gift-like moment for both of us. Although launching the product took longer than expected—and now my child is six years old—that first moment of joy remains etched in my heart.
