♥️ Power of Consistency. Try It with Your Child!

Welcome to our community :)
Let's take a quick breather together.
I've got some simple tips that might help make your day easier.
Want to unwind for a moment?

Hello parents! 👋

Do You Have Anything You Stick to Consistently?

I try to exercise consistently every day.

There are times when I skip a workout if I'm not feeling great, but on good days, I can do an hour of cardio. If I'm short on time, I focus on strength training instead. At the very least, I try to do 15 minutes of yoga at home.

I also make an effort to teach my child the importance of persistence and hard work.

One way I do this is through reading. My daughter just turned six, and ever since she learned to read, we've made daily reading a habit.

With all the distractions throughout the day—TV, games, playing, and friends—it's easy to skip reading time. That's why I make bedtime reading a part of our routine.

Some Tips!

Don't overdo it! If you push too hard, your child might resist, and you might burn out too.

Here are some simple approaches:

  • Your child reads one line, and you read the rest.

  • You and your child take turns reading one line each.

  • You and your child take turns reading one page each.

Adjust based on your child's mood and energy level, making it a natural part of winding down for the day.

The Most Important Rule 💡
Don't force it—just stay consistent, even if it's just one word a day

Why This Matters:

  • Sticking to a routine helps build good habits.

  • It strengthens the bond between you and your child, especially after a busy day.

That's a little tip from a mom with six years of experience!
Why not give it a try tonight? 😊

Bye! 👋
