How did you spend January 1st?
Hope you had a wonderful start to 2025!
I spent New Year's Day with distant relatives, catching up and sharing laughs.

Like many of us, I made my New Year's resolutions - easier said than done, right?

This year, I'm keeping things simple with daily habits;

  • 30 minutes of cardio

  • A quart of water daily

  • 5-minute journaling at night

  • Reading 2 books with my little one at bedtime

  • Staying patient with my child

💡 I recommend writing your goals as clear and specific sentences!

Simple goals, but they add up!
